LPAE is an organization of education employees employed in
the public schools of Lafayette Parish. Our organization is composed of enthusiastic,
capable and caring individuals. Our members are concerned about the
children in Lafayette schools and believe that united action can improve
the learning and working environment in our schools.

As citizens, taxpayers and professionals, we believe it is our
responsibility to become knowledgeable about the school system in which we
work and our children learn. That responsibility dictates activities to
promote quality public schools strengthen the education profession and
improve the well-being of members.
